Terms of Service

The service

Tryizzy provides software for bookkeeping, financial reporting, sales tax tracking, and tax preparation, along with optional add-ons such as CPA review, CPA calls, sales tax filing, and payroll. We use automated systems, including AI, to categorize transactions and reconcile your books, with human review where indicated.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the business you connect.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and documents you provide to us.

Not legal, tax, or financial advice

Tryizzy provides bookkeeping and tax preparation services. Unless you purchase CPA review or a CPA call, the service does not constitute personalized legal, tax, or financial advice. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your records and the returns filed on your behalf. We are not a law firm.

Fees and billing

• The flat plan is $250 per month or $2,500 per year (two months free on annual), billed in advance. Federal filing is included.
• Add-ons are billed in addition to the plan at the rates shown when you add them.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• We may change pricing with notice. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle.

Third-party connections

When you connect a bank or other account, you authorize us to access read only data through providers such as Plaid. Your use of those connections is also subject to the providers' terms. We are not responsible for third party services.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for unlawful purposes or to submit fraudulent information.
• Do not attempt to access other customers' data or disrupt the service.
• Do not reverse engineer or resell the service without our written permission.

Intellectual property

We own the service and its software. You own your data. You grant us a limited license to use your data only to provide and improve the service as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an as is and as available basis, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms or non-payment. On termination you can export your data, and we delete it per our Privacy Policy, subject to the 7 year tax record retention required by the IRS.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which BDK Studios LLC is organized, without regard to conflict of law rules. We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
